REALTOR® Code of Ethics Class | 3 ECE

Description

This 3-hour class will be offered in-person or virtual classroom format:

  • Earn 3 ECE credits toward your next Alaska REC license renewal due by January 31, 2024 (Course #18234);

  • Complete your REALTOR® Code of Ethics (COE) requirement for COE Cycle 7 which ends in December of 2024; and

  • For our new members, this class will satisfy the new member Code of Ethics and orientation requirement needed within 60-days of joining ABR.

All REALTORS® from other boards are welcome to join us!

Registration closes at noon on August 28th.

Use care to choose the method you wish to attend our education course by selecting the format which is best for you. Select in-person or virtual classroom education format.

If you must change your method of attendance, send us an email requesting an adjustment to your registration no later than Noon the day prior to class. This gives our staff time to ensure all attendees receive appropriate materials for the type of format (in-person or virtual) you have selected.

All REALTORS® are required to complete REALTOR® Code of Ethics (COE) training every 3-year cycle. We are currently in Cycle 7 which ends in December of 2024. REALTOR® COE training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS® and must be approved by the Anchorage Board of REALTORS®. Many courses offered by 3rd-party providers are not approved for the REALTOR® Code of Ethics training requirement. Send us an email to confirm the class you plan to attend, or teach, meets our requirements.
