Do you know an emerging leader, or someone you would like to see step up into a leadership role either in your company, your local association, or at the state level? ARLA is a state opportunity (modeled after the National Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy) right here in Alaska. Everyone talks about needing to deepen the leadership bench and the need to get member engaged, now is the opportunity to encourage your members/colleagues to apply – better yet, maybe IT IS YOU.
The Academy engages the participants in a year-long professional development program through five sessions held across the state. Participants work together in training courses, combining individual study, group session and actual project experience in using leadership skills. Training sessions include identification of leadership skills, team-building exercises, procedures for goal setting, personal profile analysis, network building and improving communication skills.
The next Alaska REALTORS® Leadership Academy is scheduled for 2023. Tuition is $1000.00, with $250.00 due with the application.
