Fair Housing: The Human Side of Real Estate - 2 ECE

Description

Realtors® are required to complete at least two hours of Fair Housing and Anti Bias training during each 3-year Cycle. We are currently in Cycle 8 and this requirment must be complete by December 31, 2027. This class is offered in-person classroom only.

Our education certificates are generated based on your registration record and it is important that each person who plans to attend registers for the class, individually in advance of the class.

REALTOR® members are required to complete Fair Housing/Anti-Bias Training upon becoming a member, and every 3 years cycle, coinciding with the Code of Ethics training timeline. This requirement is in addition to the Code of Ethics training. REALTOR® Code of Ethics and Fair Housing training must meet specific learning objectives and criteria established by the National Association of REALTORS® and must be approved by the Anchorage Board of REALTORS®.
