Join Our Board of Directors 

The Anchorage Board of REALTORS® (ABR) Nominations Committee is looking for REALTORS® and one Affiliate Member to join our Board of Directors. To be qualified, you must be a member of ABR in good standing for at least 1-year.

Each term begins on January 1, 2026. Positions available are:

• President-Elect | 3-year Commitment | Additional qualification: Must have served as a director for one full term. 
• Secretary/Treasurer | 2-year Commitment (1 position)  
• Director | 2-year Commitment (2 positions)
• Affiliate Director | 1-year Commitment (1 position). Non-Voting Member.

The Nominations Committee will review all applications. Qualified candidates will be placed on the ballot to be voted on at our Annual Membership Meeting in October.

The names of qualified candidates will be placed on the ballot and voting will be done by E-Vote. Election results will be announced during our Annual Membership Meeting on October 15th.
